Über Synorai EcoCharge

Canadian electronics retailers must charge provincial environmental handling fees (EHF), and every province publishes a different schedule. EcoCharge covers all nine provinces with a regulated program — rates verified against the official ARMA and EPRA schedules. Tag products once with the built-in guide: the correct fee applies automatically in the cart, follows quantity changes, is taxed correctly, and re-applies before checkout. In store? One tap on the POS tile applies every fee.

Awesome app! It's been a huge challenge trying to figure out a solution for charging Electronic Handling Fees through Shopify, especially given that they vary from province to province in Canada. This app solved that issue perfectly and avoided the problem of customers being able to remove the fee from their cart (an obstacle that made solving the fee issue much more difficult).
