Excellent in every way. Integration into Shopify was super simple, no complex configuration, was up and running in a few minutes. At HF by Nadine we tried a couple of sustainable POD. Teemil is the worse by far due to a particularly awful customer service! We gave them multiple chances as we really liked the organic cotton they provide BUT you cannot deal with your own customers when the POD is IGNORING YOUR IMPORTANT EMAILS! Even worse when the POD don't take responsibility for their mistakes! For instance the last issue...

It's a great idea and I like the ethos behind the company. However, they are often very slow to ship the items to customers and this leads to a bad reputation for our company with a knock-on effect on sales. We've had orders regularly sit 'in progress' for a full week before they are dealt with and a number of times much more than that. We have to keep checking and asking for them to be shipped....
