UpCart Free Gift & Progress

Hi Peter, since the email support is bouncing, i will send it here. I've been subscribed to Free Gift app for months in my other account But now we are moving to another shop and decided to download the app again. On the new shop the button to add the gift is not border rounded the same way it is on the older account. What can I do to make it looks equal?

This app works in the checkout fine, but it can not be turned off after active, when you try to turn the campaign off it just crush, the campaign cannot be turned off at all. they have fix the problem quickly no problem

Very useful app better than all the other free gift app out there atm. Free plan as well been using this app for more than 6months with no issues.

Fast and helpfull with a small bug. Realy good app to use

This app is simple and effective. The custom css definitely helps as we simplified it even more to hide the image, style the fonts to match and make everything a little smaller. It would be beneficial to have more style advancements for an easier restyling, but with this being free we really were quite impressed. Thanks again for your wonderful customer service.

We LOVE this app, it looks and works exactly how we want it to. The app went down when it was updated and i wish there had been communication that it went down. But, I did email support and they got back to me within 24 hours and the issue was fixed soon after and we where back up and running!

This app is defintely worth trying - I only miss a few options to customize my campaigns even more e.g by adding more incentives having the customers motivated to add their basket size.

The app if great if your store offers free gifts with purchase. It's simple to use and looks good just out of the box.

I've tried it, and have no issue. Actually this app deserves a full 5-star, but here is a 4-star from me because the promotion campaign should be able to create for a selected product - not only collections with a minimum cart value. Looking forward to seeing the feature upgrades.

Had issues with install but Peter was very responsive and helped fix! Works great. Customers are now upselling to get their free gift!

I have just installed the App , super easy to set up. I love the simplicity without having to select what type of giveaway I wanted to give my customers. This is just for item giveaways and perfect for my type of store. Will see how it progresses, thank you.
