I uninstalled this app from my high volume store due to issues and bad customer service however then discovered it also was not handling inventory transactions correctly so have uninstalled it from this store also. I found the integration pretty easy to setup. After signing in to Xero and Shopify all I had to do was map my GST tax rate in Shopify to the corresponding tax rate in Xero and then map the bank account that Shopify was linked to. I was hoping I could go back and sync data to start on 1 Jan but looks like I need to organise a support call for that.
