almost 5 years in ecommerce space now and the best reviews that has stuck with me for a long time is this aftership reviews. the upper plans has a gallery of image from customer reviews which I love! the free one looks good too and would use Aftership on future stores time and time again.

Most "free" apps on Shopify are either not entirely free, limited trial period, limited functions, or simply broken. But THIS! Automizely has heaps of premium functions. Just need to chat with their ever present friendly support team and tada!

If i could rate this app as a zero stars I would!!! I reached out to support agent who said it would take him 10-15 mins, it took him almost 30 mins and he didnt respond back or fix the issue. The agent name is Arun.

My customers keep getting emails sent from @aftership which terribly confuse them, and of course they don't leave a review. This company keeps sneakily switch my company email to their own to promote themselves at your expenses. If I had known they do such thing I would not have used any of their services. I'm moving my whole techstack elsewhere
