iziGift: Gift Cards & Rewards

We had a great experience with the tool, now we are testing it for seasonal campaigns, we liked its level of integration and customization.

Super easy to instal and track performance! Really a low-hanging fruit type of app and tons of opportunity to scale it for most D2C brands like mine!

Incredibly easy-to-use app and very attentive customer service. Henry is always ensuring we are completely happy with the app's functionality. Upon the request to make the time zone of the scheduled gift card delivery adjustable to the location of the store, he was quick to reply and implement the feature. Wouldn't want to use any other gift card app!

Easy to use and customer service responds quickly!

I had a few problems with bulk upload, but customer service walked me through step by step and helped me get all 1,600 of my customer's gift cards issued! This app rocks!

This app is working well for our website. Giving our customers easy and hassle-free options for getting a gift card and being able to add notes / email it to the person they are gifting is also a great feature. The customer service is also helpful and responsive.

I just downloaded the app yesterday 11/29/2023 and wasn't sure what I was doing wrong. I reached out to tech support and immediately was able to set up a 9 am appt today 11/30/2023 with the creator. Within 10 minutes Henry was able to walk me through the hiccup I was having and voila! problem solved! He was wonderful to work with and happy my issue was a simple quick fix. Super straight-forward gift card app. Innovative new functions just added - ability to sell products as a gift. We had hand-written this functionality already but using the app was much less kludgy and more intuitive so we switched over to using the built-in functionality.
