A really well-executed platform and product. Giftnote has significantly enhanced the gifting experience for our customer base, while also providing invaluable insights across our five stores.

This app has been fantastic for us due to our 3PL constraints in adding a physical gift note. It has saved our customer service team a lot of time and effort and has generated revenue from gifted prospects.

GiftNote is exactly what we were looking for to handle multi-address corporate orders! They were extremely helpful with setup and always responsive with every question I had.

We haven't yet used all of its capable of yet, but the gift message option was a huge unlock for our Q4 business.

So far, so good! Admittedly we haven't fully utilized the multi-ship features yet, but the gifting and gift card experience has been a vast improvement.
