The App itself is incredibly straightforward to use and the Support has been first class. I originally brought in this tool to help with NPS on our Shopify checkout flow, but I am now looking for more ways to use surveys to gain valuable insight and VoC. Our previous NPS survey vendor sunsetted and Grapevine has been a wonderful new partner. We send our surveys in an email via Klaviyo and it was a smooth integration process to get that going.
