When we got pitched by Intellect ai team i wasn't sure if it really going help us, we do receive many enquiries everyday but we were sceptical about AI part to handle this. And to our surprise it worked well so far. I have asked them couple of features which were useful for us and they did it within a week , surprised by their development speed.

I was actually skeptical whether this app will be really useful for my store, but it worked out for us really well, and one thing i noticed that it synced really well with our store data. Also, thank you for providing assistance it made our installation process easy.

Pretty solid app. We were spending too much time answering the same basic questions, but this ai handles most of them automatically now by pulling the right info from our policies. Setup was straightforward and it's been running smoothly so far. Their team helped us in settings up app.
