This app has greatly simplified the process of managing tax exemptions! It was easy to set up automated VAT removal, and the tax form's customization is a great feature. App Doesn't work. Nobody was able to fix issue. Emails are bouncing back without any answer. App did changes in my shop by adding to each customer "do not charge taxes". It was not reverted after removing app. Simply disaster. Do not touch this app!!!
