I finally found both build a box and subscription feature in a single app - Supr, which was easy to use, fully featured with all sorts of tweaks that you expect from a build a box and subscription app. Support from Stefan and Shekhar was also really quick to respond when there was an issue and when there were feature request.

Works well for our use case and very responsive support team answers questions helpfully and fixes any bugs we uncover. No notes!
